Mr. Arun Rai, born and raised in Mumbai, ventured into the food industry after a successful stint in the tile business. Armed with entrepreneurial spirit and a deep understanding of the market, he founded Boleto Vadapav in 2018 in Ahmedabad, aiming to introduce Gujarat to the authentic taste of Mumbai’s beloved street food. Starting from a single outlet at Mansi Circle, Mr. Rai’s strategic leadership rapidly expanded the brand over more than 80 outlets across Gujarat and Delhi. His vision to create a unique fusion vada pav experience has set Boleto Vadapav apart as a pioneer in the fast-food industry.
